At MIAT, we respect the time and energy you’ve put in to your military career. We don’t think you should have to spend time in school going over things you already know. Relevant skills you’ve demonstrated during your service, as verified on your Joint Service Transcripts (JSTs), may be applied to the credits of your MIAT program. Let us help make your transition to a promising civilian career as quick and easy as possible.
STEMJOBS Approval demonstrates MIAT’s dedication to providing students with the skills and hands-on experience needed to obtain high-demand, high paying jobs in technical fields, and the resources to help them build long-term rewarding careers.
Hands-On Experience The hands-on experience is a huge factor. You can look at a book all day long, but it’s not the same as getting out there and doing it. It’s a completely different experience.
The skills that the students are getting at MIAT are very beneficial to us. It gives us an opportunity to bring them in at a higher level than entry level positions.
